Rachel focuses on functional training and offers a wide variety of exercises that incorporate mobility and stability throughout the program. Rachel recently obtained her level 1 Qigong instructor certification and will soon be offering classes. As a qigong instructor she will help you with flexibility, range of motion, stability and mobility, all while calming the body and mind.
Stott Pilates Instructor
Steph has been running pilates studio since 2002. She is a Stott Pilates trained instructor and enjoy teaching group matt classes with small equipment and private sessions on the reformer. Steph has helped many clients over the years recover from injuries/surgeries as her qualifications include helping people with pre/post natal and rehabilitation,
